Staff at Dorchester South Railway Station have been busy putting together an exhibition to celebrate the 178^thAnniversary of the station from June 1^st as part of this Railway Centenary year. This includes railway memorabilia, photographs, old maps, stories and information on the history of this iconic station situated in the heart of Dorchester. The Friends of Dorchester South also have information on activities undertaken and appeal for new volunteers. Customers and visitors to the station can see this during the whole month of June 2025 and possibly beyond, located in the newly refurbished waiting room on platform one.
