The much anticipated Spring 2023 Wareham service 90 Day Trial is the main event for the Swange Railway. We understand that negotiations are at an advanced stage and we look forward to this service commencing which is scheduled to run four days per week during the trial. This represents a link with the main line and hopefully have an impact on reducing traffic congestion from Wareham to Swanage especially during the summer months.
The PCRP had a presence at the Community Engagement Event scheduled for the weekend of the 11th 12th February 2023 school half term. Good opportunity to work with SR and engage with volunteers and potential new volunteers.
